Westco Motors has a rare leadership opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our dealership and lead our dynamic sales team.

Based in our modern Cairns showroom, this role will see you drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and provide strong leadership to ensure continued success and growth. You will be perfect for this role if you:

  • Have proven experience in automotive sales management
  • Can inspire, mentor, and motivate a sales team to consistently achieve outstanding results
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Have a strong record of achieving sales volume, F&I, gross profit, and customer satisfaction KPIs
  • Understand dealership operations including reporting, compliance, and stock management
  • Are results-driven, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the New Car Sales team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Drive performance through effective coaching, mentoring, and accountability
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and floorplan utilisation
  • Build strong manufacturer relationships and deliver on OEM programs
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet dealership targets and create opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with other department leaders to maximise overall business performance
