Due to significant business growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced sales consultant to join our team and help families build their dream homes.

About the Role:

The key focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new home. A typical day can involve:

  • Proactively engage with prospective customers at our display homes, through website enquiries, walk-ins and other modes of enquiry generation.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective purchasers at various stages of their journey and engage regularly with the client.
  • Qualify customers with their budget, design & lifestyle requirements.
  • Progress customers through the sales and design process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions.

About You:

You are available weekends and are organised with your schedule. To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Excellent Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Solutions Focused: Excellent problem-solving skills, can you think outside the square to achieve an outcome?
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
  • Transport: You possess a current driver's licence and your own reliable transport.
