Castle Hill Tavern is looking for a reliable, passionate Cook to join our friendly kitchen team If you love preparing quality pub-style food in a fun, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. A Day In The Life Of a Cook
- Proactively complete food preparation and cleaning practices according to ALH standards
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that "WOW" our guests
Inherent Requirements
- This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

- You have experience working as part of a team in a fast paced, bistro-style kitchen
- You are passionate about the guest experience and delivering high quality dishes
- You have great organisation and communication skills and use them to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team
- You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
