What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years experience in a relevant level F&B establishment
  • A sharp eye for detail & presentation
  • Confident communicator and team collaborator
  • Hungry to learn — we'll teach you the CHCC way
  • Knowledge of function setup, preparation & presentation
  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to balance Member service and Function responsibilities as required

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Available nights, weekends & public holidays

  • Thrives in a multi-faceted, team-first environment
  • Polished, punctual, and professional
  • Outgoing with a desire to learn new skills & responsibilities

Requirements:

  • RSA is Essential
  • RCG, TAB & Gaming - training available through the Club for the right applicants
