Shepherds Artisan Bakehouse at CASTLE HILL Store are looking for a full time Retail Manager with at least :

2 or more years management experience;

1 or more years barista experience;

Have a high level of customer service;

Excellent communication skills;

Ability to keep a team motivated and positive;

Experience in staff training;

Ability to hire and find staff;

Manage stock levels, conduct inventory assessments, place orders, and oversee merchandising and product displays.

Set and meet sales targets.

Experience in POS system

End of Day reconciliation and banking

Be available to work through out the week and weekends if required;

Be able to work a rotating roster, starting as early as 6am

Must have a clean neat appearance, with a professional approach to retail sales and a strong focus on following our systems and checklists .

Ensure the store is compliant with company policies and health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Castle Hill NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Barista: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Food handling: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Australia (Preferred)
