Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic & motivated Service Advisorfor our growing automotive business at Castle Hill Hyundai. This position is for an immediate start and for someone wanting to work in a busy environment with exceptional training provided to further their career.

Whilst a high level of automotive technical knowledge is expected, this is a customer contact role with a focus on delivering a high level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with bookings and service enquiries
  • Quote on service and repairs
  • Process repair orders and invoices
  • Liaise with mechanics, salespeople, and other internal staff
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in ERA
  • Self-motivated
  • Well-organised
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Be willing to learn
