A strong track record in claims preparation and defence in high-value projects.
Familiarity with Australian construction law, adjudication processes, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
Proficiency in contract/document management software (e.g., Aconex, Procore, or similar).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary and multicultural environment.
Experience in supporting cost forecasting, cash flow analysis, and budget control would be ideal.
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar is ideal.
