Our client is a well-known, market leading, purpose-led organisation with a multinational workforce, with a blue and white collar workforce.
This is an initial 5-6 months contract, and requires an immediate start. Sydney CBD location. Hybrid working from home on offer.
This role is five day per week role, however, it could be offered flexibily at 4 days per week for the right candidate.
About the Role
As Manager, Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing, you will play a pivotal role in advancing organisational culture by delivering holistic wellbeing programs, strengthening events that promote inclusion, and uplifting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging through internal communications and campaigns.
This is a visible and influential role embedded within the People & Culture team, reporting to the Chief People Officer. You will be engaging closely with senior leadership, cross-functional steering groups, and regional representatives globally.
You will be responsible for shaping and amplifying key initiatives, tailoring them across markets while embedding a unified employee experience. The role also requires strong campaign mangement engagement, particularly with community and external partners, and the ability to bring impact-driven programs suited to the division and regional requirements and needs.
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
- Deep expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging as a specialist from within HR teams, being responsible a leader for the program management of a wide variety of D&I initiaitves, ideally across multinational remits.
- HR Generalists who have significant experience with the end-to-end strategic and implemention of D&I programs are encouraged to apply.
- Strong experience in designing and delivering holistic wellbeing programs and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ability to operate across diverse white and collar business units.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including at executive level.
- Proven capability in internal communications and project management.
- Experience measuring program impact through metrics and reporting.
- A commercial mindset, coupled with passion for purpose-led leadership and cultural impact.
