This is an exciting opportunity to work for Diversity Council Australia, the peak body leading D&I in Australian workplaces.
**About the role**
We are looking for a
**D&I Education Manager** to join us for a full-time position, starting asap. Initially a 12-month contract with the potential opportunity to extend.
Location is preferably East Coast of Australia in a hybrid working environment with access to a vibrant CBD co-working space in Sydney and Melbourne.
You will be part of the Education team, leading the design, management and ongoing review of DCA’s education offering to our members. You will have 4 key areas of responsibility:
- Member needs assessment - to ensure that DCA’s education offerings are effectively addressing the needs of DCA members by conducting frequent and thorough needs assessment.
- Maintain existing programs and develop new programs - ensuring that DCA education offerings are building capability with our members.
- Quality assurance - maintain and improve the quality of DCA’s education offerings.
- Internal Learning & Development (L&D) - work with the HR team to build out the internal L&D program for DCA Employees

**Selection Criteria**
You have a passion for, or strong interest in diversity and inclusion. You bring a strong sense of initiative, collaboration, and a continuous learning mindset.
- Experience delivering/designing training in the Education sector
- Experience designing units/training programs in academia or designing professional training programs
- Experience in reviewing training programs
- Experience designing quality assurance plans
- Experience conducting needs assessment preferably education needs assessments
- Strong research background.
- Experience establishing learning offerings
- Experience working in the D&I Sector
