
Diversity & Inclusion Lead

ING, Australia’s most recommended bank, is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced **Diversity & Inclusion Lead** to help drive our strategy and activities to the next level. In this role you’ll contribute to consistent D&I solutions across all functions of the business.
Reporting to and working closely our Head of Talent and Learning, you’ll drive the implementation of ING Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives in line with local D&I strategy. This also includes implementing global solutions on a local level to drive an inclusive, high performance culture and enhance overall organisational capability.
This is a true business partnering role, one that will provide you a real opportunity to make an impact; working closely with the D&I Communities, HRD, business leaders, HR Business Partners and Talent and Learning, just to name a few Through these partnerships you’ll lead ING’s inclusive culture and values, showcasing ING as a great place to work and ensuring we attract, develop and retain our future workforce.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- ** Driving the implementation** of our **D&I strategy **and developing action oriented plans to ensure we continue to create drive an inclusive, high performance culture and enhance organisational capability.
- ** Implementing the necessary D&I** **governance and frameworks** to shape and sustain a collaborative and inclusive work environment where people can reach their full potential and thrive.
- Creating **‘fit for purpose’ D&I action plans **with the business and developing relevant metrics to track progress across our D&I pillars and corresponding people processes.
- Preparing and presenting Board and Executive-level data, trends and insights to inform management; influencing decisions on engaging and developing their talent whilst achieving business objectives.
- Chairing the **D&I Council** and participating in our communities at ING
- Building and executing a **D&I communications plan** to ensure awareness across the business.
- Supporting the Head of Talent & Learning with **initiatives that contribute to enhancing employee experience, engagement, development, talent attraction and retention.**
**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Deep experience across D&I strategy and execution coupled with experience in Organisational Development (e.g. talent, learning, employee experience).
- Proven experience communicating with and providing advice to Executive and senior business leaders.
- Experience implementing D&I strategy within an organisation ensuring awareness and advocacy of D&I.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, this will help you bring a compelling story and engage stakeholders on new or existing people and culture solutions
- Influencing skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
- Developed their business acumen, is commercially focused and results orientated.
- The ability to be flexible, can adapt easily ‘flex’ to respond to change in a dynamic environment (both locally and globally).
