**About the role**

As the Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator, you will report directly to the Diversity & Inclusion Manager and provide administrative support to the Diversity & Inclusion team. With your high attention to detail and ability to prioritise, you will excel in delivering a high standard of service and coordination support to Diversity & Inclusion Team (D&I) and Employee Network Groups while demonstrating your commitment to workplace diversity, inclusion and equity.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide efficient and accurate administration support for all Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Employee Network Groups - Gender, Multicultural, LGBTQI & Reconciliation
- Manage inbox enquires related to Diversity & Inclusion, including responses to activations, signups for training, and all other D&I general enquires
- Assisting with meeting coordination and minute taking for all D&I Network Groups and their respective Sub-Groups
- Obtaining quotes and booking items for activations related to D&I as instructed by the D&I Team, Employee Network Groups and Executive Sponsors
- General administrative support associated with compiling submissions, such as AWEI, WGEA and EOC Citation
- Assist with data analysis necessary for reporting
- Complete and submit expense reports, process invoices and track purchasing requests associated with D&I budgets
- Assist with other accounting matters as required, ensuring compliance and achieving appropriate standards in regulatory, internal and external audits.

**About you**
- Demonstrated passion for workplace diversity, inclusion and equity
- Entry level HR experience and or HR related education is an advantage
- Experience in participating in, and contributing to, a range of administrative functions
- Experience working with teams across multiple businesses and locations
- Experience working in service industries and fast paced dynamic workplaces
- Comprehensive skills/knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
