Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of brand assets and marketing collaterals (e.g., brochures, brand books, KV, campaign visuals).
- Develop and maintain brand IP design, ensuring alignment with brand personality and consumer engagement.
- Oversee offline flagship store and retail environment design (e.g., visual merchandising, signage, POSM, exhibition booths).
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into innovative visual solutions that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay ahead of design and consumer trends, ensuring the brand maintains a cutting-edge, global aesthetic.
- Oversee design production quality and coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and printers when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of design experience with a proven track record in brand assets, packaging, and offline retail/flagship store design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing IP creation, brand storytelling, and cross-channel visual executions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of 3D/rendering software for store visualization is a plus.
- Ability to balance creative innovation with commercial practicality.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
