ABOUT THE ROLE

We're on the hunt for a
Mid-Weight Graphic Designer
with a flair for content creation and social media management to join our growing TOASTie team.

You'll work closely with our senior designers and strategists to roll out engaging creative across digital and print, while also driving content for our social channels. This role suits someone efficient, detail-driven, and collaborative, with a passion for brand storytelling across multiple platforms.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design Execution:
  Deliver creative across brand, digital, print, and social, ensuring alignment with strategy and brand guidelines.
• Design Roll-Out:
  Execute and adapt creative concepts across digital, print, and social channels, working closely with senior designers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Finished Art:
  Prepare and supply final artwork files to production-ready standards, ensuring accuracy across specifications and platforms.
• Quality Control & Proofing:
  Review creative for accuracy, spelling, and grammar to maintain consistency and uphold TOAST's high standards.
• Copywriting:
  Develop engaging, on-brand copy for social media and content campaigns that excites and connects with audiences.
• Content Creation:
  Develop engaging social and digital content (static, motion, and short-form video).
• Production:
  Assist to manage production with out team and coordinate high level content creation with Photographer's and Videographers.
• Social Media Management:
  Support planning and posting for TOAST's channels, bringing energy and ideas to our online presence.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with senior designers, strategists, and the creative director to roll out projects efficiently and at a high standard.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with campaign rollouts, asset resizing, and content adaptations.
• Stay across social and design trends to keep our work fresh and relevant.
• Support wider agency initiatives, from brand launches to internal culture projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years design experience in an agency or in-house creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and knowledge of Figma.
• Content creation experience (short-form video, reels, animations, motion graphics a bonus).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
