As a Full-time Trainee Receptionist, you will be joining our evolving and growing customer service/ admin team helping with the day-to-day operations. If you are positive, enthusiastic, and committed to help an excellent experience for our guests then we are looking for you

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Administrative support required by management
- Attend to customers providing exceptional experience
- Take bookings meeting guest needs through phone enquiries
- Meeting and greeting our guests to the dealership in a professional, welcoming manner
- Provide assistance in general office duties
- Provide general assistance

- Ability to communicate with all types of customers and staff to meet their enquiries.
- An energetic and can-do approach to your work
- High level of personal commitment and focus
- Exceptional worth ethic and good administrative skills
