We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Sales Manager to help build a new function for TPRC focusing on recruitment within the Health and Aged Care sectors.

If you are motivated and results-driven, love business development, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d love to meet you.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Working closely with the COO to develop the offering and go-to-market strategy
- Delivering on the sales strategy, understanding client needs and suggesting appropriate solutions and helping to refine and improve processes and strategies
- Building a high performing, happy and engaged team

**About you**:
We’re looking for someone who has solid experience in recruitment in healthcare and/or aged care and is excited to help build something new. You'll be happy to be on the tools, but also comfortable in leading a small team.

Ideally, you'll have:

- A track record of success in sales within healthcare, and a strong understanding of the industry, clients and needs
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with people from a broad range of backgrounds
- Good people leadership skills and the ability to educate, motivate and drive performance
- Technical capabilities,including experience working with a CRM (we use BullHorn) and MS Office
- Self motivation and a drive to meet targets
- Experience in a high growth environment, so you're comfortable with change
