This role is part of our front-line sales force. You will work with a team of experienced people to provide technical sales and product support to ensure that we remain the supplier of choice with our high-profile clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service- counter sales and via phone
  • Process orders via phone and email
  • Support a diverse customer base in providing product support
  • Attend to sales enquiries, investigations on order discrepancies and or invoices.
  • Assist with pick packing orders and general warehouse duties

Who are you?

  • Demonstrate salesmanship and sales process knowledge.
  • Proven ability to engage, build, and upsell with customers.
  • Strong technical skills and problem solving.
  • Computer literacy at an intermediate level
  • Good communication and written skills.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Mechanical aptitude with gasket, hydraulic, rotary, and mechanical seal knowledge is advantageous
