We're looking for a creative, driven, and entrepreneurial team member who thrives at the intersection of content creation, digital marketing, and sales to help us grow revenue across foot traffic, online sales, and catering services.

Role Overview

The Content & Sales Marketing Specialist will own the Purgreens digital and community presence—creating engaging content, managing our social media platforms, and running campaigns that bring people through our doors and grow catering partnerships. This is a revenue-focused role, balancing creativity with commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Digital Marketing

· Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with Purgreens brand voice, values, and seasonal promotions.

· Create compelling written, photo, and video content for social media, email marketing, website, and ads.

· Manage day-to-day social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), including engagement, community building, and paid promotions.

· Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimise campaigns.

Sales & Catering Growth

· Proactively grow catering sales by identifying and reaching out to local businesses, schools, and community groups.

· Build and maintain relationships with catering clients, managing inquiries, quotes, and orders.

· Work with the Purgreens team to ensure seamless catering operations and customer experience.

· Develop partnerships with local gyms, sports teams, and community events to drive bulk orders and catering leads.

General & Commercial

· Develop ATL/BTL marketing budget, focused on driving revenue with cost efficiently over time.

· Collaborate with leadership on promotions, events, and product launches.

· Report on campaign effectiveness and sales pipeline.

· Stay on top of industry trends in food, wellness, and digital marketing to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Key Performance Indicators

· Improve monthly revenues by 35%

· Grow Online Order Sales by 20%

· Build Catering Orders to avg. $1,200/week

· Build Social Media presence around brand values and position

About You

· Self-starter, hungry to achieve targets

· Mid-level experience in digital marketing and/or sales (hospitality, retail, or FMCG experience is a plus).

· Proven track record of driving catering sales and online sales volume

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and growth strategies.

· Confident communicator who can pitch catering offerings and build relationships, especially with local sports clubs and fitness studios and schools.

· Motivated by results, with a proven ability to meet targets.

· Creative, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves in a growing business.
