**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) through regular posting, content creation, and community engagement.
- Lead **Internal Marketing** initiatives to boost member retention and referrals, including monthly challenges, member spotlights, and community-building events.
- Capture high-quality **photography and videography** content within the gym for marketing purposes (classes, events, member highlights).
- Edit and produce short-form video content for social media (basic editing skills required).
- Use **GymMaster** to manage leads, update member records, and run retention and marketing reports.
- Support general administration duties, including responding to member enquiries, scheduling, and basic customer service tasks.
- Assist with campaign launches, open days, and special events planning and promotion.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Basic skills in photography and videography, with ability to shoot and edit content.
- Experience with internal marketing or community engagement activities (preferred but not essential).
- Proficiency using GymMaster or a willingness to quickly learn the system.
- Great organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping people achieve their goals

**Bonus Skills (not essential, but a plus)**:

- Graphic design (Canva or similar tools)
- Paid advertising knowledge (Facebook/Instagram Ads)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
