We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration / Operations Support professional to join our Darwin branch.


About the Role

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you'll be an essential part of our operations—supporting daily logistics, compliance, and administrative functions. This is a diverse role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling and driver coordination
  • Support compliance with transport regulations (fatigue management, vehicle records)
  • Provide general administrative support and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in weekly payroll processing, staff onboarding, and HR tasks
  • Coordinate fleet and driver rosters for maximum efficiency
  • Prepare reports, maintain registers, and support operational documentation

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running. You'll bring:

  • Previous admin experience (ideally in transport or logistics)
  • Familiarity with transport compliance requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Payroll and rostering experience (highly regarded)
