Daniel Yelkovan from ri-kroot has been engaged to recruit an Office Administrator for a leading concreting company specialising in commercial concrete pumping.

Based in the Narangba office, you'll be the first point of contact for team members, suppliers, and customers. You'll take ownership of a variety of day-to-day administration and coordination tasks, including:

  • Handling enquiries and providing customer support
  • Communication between the office, site teams, and clients
  • Managing accounts, invoicing, and purchase orders
  • Supporting project coordination and documentation
  • Ordering and receiving materials

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in a similar administration role (construction industry experience highly regarded)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xero, Teams, or similar platforms
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and a strong sense of urgency
  • A professional, personable, and friendly demeanour
  • (Ideally) experience with contract administration
