
Office Administrator

Daniel Yelkovan from ri-kroot has been engaged to recruit an Office Administrator for a leading concreting company specialising in commercial concrete pumping.
Based in the Narangba office, you'll be the first point of contact for team members, suppliers, and customers. You'll take ownership of a variety of day-to-day administration and coordination tasks, including:
- Handling enquiries and providing customer support
- Communication between the office, site teams, and clients
- Managing accounts, invoicing, and purchase orders
- Supporting project coordination and documentation
- Ordering and receiving materials
Requirements include:
- Proven experience in a similar administration role (construction industry experience highly regarded)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xero, Teams, or similar platforms
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation, initiative, and a strong sense of urgency
- A professional, personable, and friendly demeanour
- (Ideally) experience with contract administration
