Part-Time Office Administrator – Finance Team

Ace Property Holdings | Brisbane CBD Fringe | 3 Days per Week (Flexible)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Office Administrator to join the Finance Team at Ace Property Holdings on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Group Financial Controller, providing key administrative support across a dynamic and diverse business.

What We're Looking For

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
About the Role

Ace Property Holdings Pty Ltd is an investment company within the Ace Waste Group, trading in shares and holding a substantial property portfolio.

As our Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Recording and reconciling share transactions
  • Providing administrative and assistant-level support to the Group Financial Controller
  • Handling basic data entry and assisting with small-volume accounts processing
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Participating in team activities and contributing to a positive office environment

Full training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
