Join Our Team as a People and Culture Coordinator
Are you passionate about making a difference in children's health? We are now recruiting for a part-time (3 days per week), ongoing People and Culture Coordinator, to take responsibility for providing operational and administrative support to the end-to-end employee experience and lifecycle, and to assist the leadership of the RCH Foundation to develop its people, processes and organisational culture.
Who we are
Founded in 1989, the Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) Foundation is the fundraising arm of the Royal Children's Hospital, one of the world's leading children's hospitals. While a legally separate organisation, the RCH Foundation works closely with the RCH in achieving its vision.
The Role
The People and Culture Coordinator plays a key role in shaping the team member experience at the RCH Foundation, bringing a structured, detail-focused approach to our human resources operations, ensuring systems run smoothly and supporting a thriving, people-first culture.
