About Us

Eat Lebanese is a top-rated restaurant in Cronulla, known for fresh, vibrant Lebanese cuisine served in a fast-paced, professional kitchen. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Chef to join our team immediately and contribute to our high standards of quality and service.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced chef who can handle a busy service with confidence and consistency. You will be working across the sauté, grill, and fryer stations, preparing our signature dishes and supporting the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Operate the sauté, grill, and fryer sections during service
  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation in line with food safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a fast-paced team
  • Assist with prep and stock rotation when requireD

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings as part of a roster
  • Some experience with Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine preferred
  • Strong knife skills and ability to handle volume under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to start immediately
