At Capture Culture, we believe great safety culture starts with great people.

We're looking for an experienced and proactive WHS Business Partner to join our growing consultancy team supporting a wide range of South Australian clients across construction, manufacturing, professional services, and not-for-profits.

This role offers true flexibility design your work around your life, with the ability to work from home, from our Adelaide CBD office, or directly with our clients onsite.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Partnering with clients to build, implement and continuously improve WHS management systems
  • Conducting safety audits, risk assessments and gap analyses across diverse work environments
  • Developing tailored safety policies, procedures, and training resources
  • Providing practical guidance on compliance with WHS legislation and Codes of Practice
  • Supporting investigations, consultation processes, and return-to-work coordination
  • Advising leaders on safety strategy, governance, and workforce wellbeing

About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Work Health & Safety (or a related discipline)
  • Strong understanding of WHS legislation and compliance frameworks
  • Experience developing or implementing WHS systems and conducting risk assessments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Consulting or multi-site experience highly regarded but not essential
