About the Role

Are you an HR/People Advisor ready to step up into a People Business Partner and make a real impact?

We're looking for a strategic, proactive, and commercially minded People Business Partner to join our People & Safety team. In this high impact, trusted role, you will move beyond advisory work to partner closely with business leaders and franchise teams. You'll drive initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and culture across a dynamic, multi-site businesses. This is your chance to deliver practical solutions, influence strategy, and shape the people experience across our growing network.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Business

  • Partner with Clinics and Franchise Partners to deliver key initiatives aligned to organisational strategy.
  • Provide hands-on HR and Safety support, coaching leaders and employees on policy, procedures, workplace relations, and compliance.
  • Use data and insights to guide people decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with People Operations to ensure recruitment, onboarding, and talent strategies meet regional needs.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

  • Lead projects that enhance engagement, learning, development, safety, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Support compliance, self-insurance, and ISO45001 accreditation requirements.
  • Prepare HR reporting including board updates, WGEA, and operational metrics.

Safety & Recovery

  • Monitor workplace incidents, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support Return-to-Work processes and collaborate with treatment teams.
  • Empower regional leaders to complete compliance training, safety audits, and incident reporting.

Performance Management

  • Guide leaders in managing performance, coaching, and employee development.
  • Support employee relations, including performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

About You

  • 5+ years in an HR/People advisory role, ideally within service, retail, or multi-site operations.
  • Proven ability to partner with leaders and deliver professional HR and Safety advice.
  • Experience with modern awards, workplace legislation, and employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, values-led environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree qualified in Law, Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Experience in safety, compliance, or injury management is advantageous.
