Casual Cleaning Supervisor – $340 Flat Day Rate (Early Mornings, Midday Finishes)

Gold Coast & Northern NSW

New Era Cleaning is looking for a Casual Cleaning Supervisor to support our teams across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys early starts, likes finishing by midday, and wants consistent casual work with a solid flat day rate.

What the role involves:


•    Supervising cleaning teams across different client sites.


•    Carrying out site walk-throughs and checking standards.


•    Being the main point of contact for clients.


•    Helping keep schedules and quality on track.

What we offer:


•    Casual role – $340 flat rate per day.


•    Early mornings with midday finishes.


•    Car allowance.

What we're looking for:


•    Strong communication and leadership skills.


•    Reliable, positive attitude.


•    Someone who takes pride in their work.


•    Current driver's licence.

No prior cleaning experience is required - we'll train you. What matters most is being reliable and keen to get stuck in.
