Hogs Breath Cafe has been proudly serving customers for over 30 years. We are famous for our slow-cooked 18hr prime rib, icy cold beers, and of course our curly fries. Remember hospitality is nights and weekends and some days are all hands on deck but again we will work with you to make sure you feel right at home.

As a restaurant supervisor your duties will include but aren't limited to:

- Be a leader for the team
- Train staff consistently and continue to refresh and expand their knowledge
- Welcome guests and provide a great dining experience that they won't forget
- Communicate effectively with all staff
- Actively seek to gain a thorough knowledge of customers' circumstances, problems, expectations and needs
- Take ownership for delivering better solutions to customers
- Ensure there is adequate staffing levels in all areas of the restaurant for each meal period
- Have a presence in the restaurant to ensure the food, beverage and service quality meets our standard
- Anticipate and recognise problem areas and solve problems immediately when they arise
- Ensure the quality of our meals and drinks are served meeting all regulations, standards and expectations consistently and in a timely manner with passion and pride
- Control the use of equipment, crockery and glassware to ensure it is being used appropriately
- Provide a clean and safe environment for all persons
- Assist, motivate and support employees to achieve their respective targets
- Ensure all employees provide courteous and professional service at all times
- Ensure all procedures relevant to cash and eftpos handling are followed in order to achieve accurate financial reporting

No experience is required, all training is provided on the job.

**Salary**: $25.75 per hour
