We are seeking an experienced housekeeper to join our team at our busy hotel in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring units are turned around as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Start time from 9.30am to approximately 2.30pm

Your key responsibilities:

  • Ensure all rooms are cleaned to the highest hotel standards and meet guest expectations.
  • Report any maintenance issue to the relevant department in a timely manner.
  • Implementation of weekly and monthly tasks.
  • Replenishment of inventory items.
  • Attend to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physically fit.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
