- **Purpose**_
- As the Housekeeping and Communications Supervisor at Zoehosts, you will be the main point of contact between guests and our cleaning team. Your role is essential in ensuring that our properties remain in immaculate condition for every guest, every day. Through your leadership and commitment to excellence, you will elevate both the guest experience and the team's performance._
- **Primary Responsibilities**_
- _Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring efficient workflow and a pristine environment across all properties._
- _Maintain cleanliness and productivity goals in line with company standards, focusing on enhancing guest satisfaction._
- _Daily communicate with guests, reply to their question and concerns, provide early check ins and late check outs where possible_
- _Conduct daily property inspections to guarantee quality._
- _Be a problem-solver and fix things on-the-go_
- **Skills and Experience**_
- _Proven experience within housekeeping or a similar environment._
- _A keen eye for detail, ensuring nothing is missed in the pursuit of cleanliness and order._
- _Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and politely with guests_
- _Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage time effectively under pressure._
- _**Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.**_
- _**Must have permission to work in Australia.**_
- _**Must have reliable transportation (own car).**_
- _**Must live within a 5-20 minute drive from Surfers Paradise.**_
- _Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays._
