A rewarding career opportunity exists for Site Managers with a leading multidisciplinary building company specialising in commercial fitout, refurbishment, and construction, with a supporting division in the manufacture of custom joinery.

Quadric is a Brisbane based firm which employs over 50 direct staff, 50 contract staff, and over the last 45 years has specialised in projects generally up to $15million.  Our project portfolio includes fitout of corporate offices, retail, higher education, hospitality, and airports. Our target profile is directed at design significant fitout works, which may include a degree of complex structural new build / refurbishment work.

We have a large amount of forward work including:

  • Sporting Clubhouse Constructions
  • Courthouse (Both CBD and Suburban) Multi-Staged Refurbishments
  • Airport Terminal, Lounge, and Hangar Refurbishments
  • Laboratories for Tertiary Institutions
  • Pubs & Club Refurbishments
  • Prison Upgrades
  • Government & Corporate Office Fitouts

Our HSEQ systems are world class and our sustainable initiatives are well recognised.

The position will entail the management of time, cost, quality, health, safety, and environmental, on an individual project site, including HSEQ, and site direction of subcontractors.  You will join our project team of roughly 50 including Project Managers, Site Foreman, and Support Staff.

The applicant will require a sound knowledge of building practices, subcontract management, project scheduling, client / consultant liaison, site management, and contract administration.  Tertiary and/or trade qualifications relevant to the role are favourable, with QBCC Site Supervisors Licence essential. We are searching for professionals with well-rounded construction knowledge, experience in a similar role in a diverse range of projects, and a passion for delivering quality.

Remuneration is subject to suitability and experience of candidates.  Both Salary and Subcontract positions available.
