About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Architect to join a dynamic in-house team. You will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from concept design through to documentation and delivery. The role will see you collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard, on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from concept design through to construction documentation and completion
- Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and contractors to drive successful project outcomes
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Lead client presentations, attend meetings, and conduct site visits
Skills & Experience
- Registered Architect (DBP registration highly regarded)
- Proficiency in Revit essential
- Strong design and documentation skills with a proven project track record
- Proficiency across Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
