Cleaning Operations Supervisor

City FM Australia is seeking a proactive Cleaning Operations Supervisor to manage cleaning services across multiple Goodstart Early Learning Centres. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee a team of cleaning professionals, ensure compliance with high standards, and drive operational excellence through audits and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cleaning services across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with schedules and specifications
  • Conduct regular audits and site visits to maintain cleanliness standards and identify improvements
  • Achieve KPIs related to service delivery, cleanliness, and budget targets
  • Build strong relationships with Centre Directors and stakeholders
  • Train and onboard new team members in day-to-day operations and OH&S
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements and company policies

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience
  • Strong customer service and team management skills
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and project management expertise
  • Full driver's licence (essential)
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Willingness to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check

The primary location for this role is Sydney South and requires regular visitation to Wollongong, Canberra, Wagga Wagga, Albury and surrounding areas.
