About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, reliable and proactive Commercial Cleaning Area Supervisor to join our operations team. This is a hands-on role with true flexibility — ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, loves variety, and wants the freedom to manage their own schedule around site needs.

Working closely with our Client Services Manager, you'll support cleaning operations across Sydney by assisting with inductions, inspections, training, client communication and general field support. Your work will directly contribute to smooth site performance and great client experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting daily cleaning operations across Sydney
  • Completing key pick-ups and site access tasks
  • Conducting site inductions, walkthroughs and quality inspections
  • Training and onboarding new cleaners
  • Speaking with clients when needed and maintaining positive relationships
  • Helping resolve issues before they escalate
  • Ensuring each site upholds Cleaneroo's quality standards
  • Working closely with the CSM to support operations across multiple sites
  • Note this is a hands on role you may be expected to clean if staff are sick or we cannot find back up
  • managing a list of back up cleaners and inducting them

Employment Details

Pay: From $93,000.00 per year
