We're expanding across New South Wales and are looking for an experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor & Detailer to join our team in Sydney.

This is a hands on role for someone who takes pride in their work, can maintain high cleaning standards, and enjoys working across multiple commercial sites. There will be travel to some regional sites involved.

Nationwide Property Solutions QLD is a leading commercial cleaning company specialising in large venue and entertainment venues, large commercial spaces, and mould remediation services.

We currently service major sites across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, and Western Australia. Our business is built on quality, reliability, and strong client relationships and we're proud to be expanding nationally.

About the Role

As a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor & Detailer, you will:

  • Supervise and support cleaning contractors across multiple sites in Sydney
  • Perform on-site detailing and fix-ups to maintain company standards
  • Liaise directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Train and guide cleaning contractors to meet expected outcomes
  • Report directly to the Managing Director on site performance and client feedback

This position involves both management and hands-on cleaning work. No two days are the same you'll be visiting different venues, solving problems, and ensuring sites are presented at their best.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience in commercial cleaning, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role
  • Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in presentation standards
  • Can communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and management
  • Is reliable, well presented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport (vehicle can be negotiated)
  • Is flexible with hours as some evening or weekend work may be required
  • Experienced in MS office software to complete reports
