Reporting through to the Operations manager, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. You'll manage front desk operations, assist with administrative tasks, and help keep our office running smoothly.

Education and Experience

  • Previous significant experience in reception or administration (construction or trades environment preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the team
  • Knowledge of site safety protocols or compliance systems (essential)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and contractors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs and site access records
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
  • Support HR, safety, finance and project teams with general admin tasks
  • Keep reception and common areas tidy and presentable
