Perth, Western Australia DMG Architecture Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year

DMG Architecture is looking for an experienced Senior Project Architect - specifically to run the 19 storey student accommodation project on Stirling Highway Nedlands. The project is currently out to tender, so you will be joining the project at a crucial stage to manage the documentation completion and delivery team, to then working closely with the builder duiring Contract Administration until final handover of the project. You will be dedicated to this landmark project full time, offering a long term career path with our Company. Other DMG project types include single residential, interiors, commercial and industrial developments, offering any new employee future variety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Senior Project Architect Stirling Highway, Nedlands
  • Managing and mentoring your project team including consultants
  • Leadership role
  • Liaise with statutory authorities
  • Client relationship management
  • Builder Relationship Management
  • Quality Assurance Management
  • Travel is on offer nationally and internationally to visit suppliers and sign off shop drawings.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • High Rise Experience
  • 5-10 years industry experience
  • Strong construction details knowledge
  • Strong Contract Administration
  • Demonstrable leadership and team building skills
  • Advanced REVIT kills
  • Thorough knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards and R-Codes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
