What You Need:

Own reliable vehicle (car/van/ute)

Public liability insurance

ABN (or willing to obtain)

Standard cleaning equipment (vacuum, mops, microfiber systems) - can be gifted

Excellent communication skills

What You'll Do:

• Luxury home resets

• Airbnb turnovers

• Commercial office cleaning

• Move-in/move-out deep cleans

• Regular maintenance contracts (weekly/fortnightly)

Earn: 70% split per job

UPHOLSTERY & CARPET CLEANING SPECIALISTS

What You Need:

Professional carpet/upholstery extractor

Hot water extraction system (truck-mount or portable)

Own vehicle (must transport equipment)

Public liability insurance

ABN + specialized training/certification (preferred)

What You'll Do:

• Couch/sofa deep cleaning

• Rug & carpet extraction

• Mattress sanitization

• Curtain & drape cleaning

• Stain removal & odor treatment

• Post-flood restoration

Earn: 70% split per job

PRESSURE WASHING & EXTERIOR SPECIALISTS

What You Need:

Professional pressure washer PSI, hot water preferred)

Own vehicle/trailer for equipment transport

WINDOW CLEANING SPECIALISTS

What You Need:

Professional window cleaning equipment (water-fed pole system or traditional tools)

High-access equipment (ladder/scaffolding/abseil gear) + certification

Own vehicle for equipment transport

Working at heights certification (if doing high-rise)

Public liability insurance

ABN + 2+ years commercial experience

What You'll Do:

What You Need:

White Card (construction site access - MANDATORY)

EARNINGS BREAKDOWN (70/30 Model)

How It Works:

• Client books via Aussie Cleaning → We handle payment

Top Performer Earnings:
