About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and driven Campaign Specialist to join our Marketing team for a 6-month full-time contract. This is a unique opportunity to lead and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, support national product visibility, and manage our Supplier Marketing Program.

You'll be responsible for campaign execution across digital, print, and events, working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life and drive measurable outcomes.

This is a hybrid role, and working on site in our office based in Western Sydney will be required.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end rollout of integrated campaigns across email, social, print, events, and partnerships
  • Own our Supplier Marketing Program, managing partner-funded campaigns and deliverables
  • Manage campaign calendars, asset development, approvals, and stakeholder communication
  • Use Salesforce CRM to segment, activate, and track marketing activity
  • Coordinate event promotions (e.g. webinars, expos, roadshows)
  • Report on campaign performance and supplier marketing ROI
  • Collaborate with design, content, sales, and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and impactful

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' experience in campaign or marketing program management
  • Strong digital and event marketing experience, ideally in B2B or healthcare
  • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities
  • Experience managing co-marketing or supplier programs is highly desirable
  • Solid experience with Salesforce CRM and digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Mailchimp/HubSpot)
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and an ability to turn strategy into execution
  • A team player who brings energy, initiative, and a solutions-focused mindset
