Disability Support Worker

Roles and Responsibilities

Shifts 7am -9am and

Availability to cover other shifts during the week.

  • Dementia experience.
  • Assisting with personal care.
  • Taking participants for grocery shopping
  • Providing social support to clients.
  • Companionship and providing emotional support.
  • Helping with household chores, such as cooking, laundry and cleaning.
  • Supporting participants to keep themselves and their environments safe, clean and healthy.
  • Support the health and wellbeing of the participants, such as taking medications or attending medical appointments.
  • Assisting with continence needs.
  • Home program exercises.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $31.46 – $38.00 per hour
