About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to making a positive difference in people's lives, enjoys working in a supportive team, and values professional growth.

You will support participants in achieving their personal goals, enhancing independence, and living their best lives.

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide person-centred support to NDIS participants in line with their individual care plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Support participants to access community, social, and recreational activities.
  • Encourage independence, skill-building, and positive choice-making.
  • Assist with medication administration and health-related tasks (where required).
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and incident reports.
  • Uphold safeguarding principles, dignity, and respect at all times.

About You

We are looking for people who are empathetic, reliable, and passionate about supporting individuals with disability.

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, or equivalent (or working towards).
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months).
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • COVID-19 vaccination (as per WA requirements).
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $38.00 – $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
