The Launceston Leisure & Aquatic Centre, part of the City of Launceston, an award winning Employer of Choice, is currently seeking to fill the following position(s):

Position Title: Customer Liaison Officer

Position Number: POS1065

Multiple casual positions are available for this role, which involves delivering a high level of customer service to all customers and groups in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. Weekend and late evening work will be required.

In the position you will also need to:


• Provide information and advisory services in person and by phone across the broad range of facility activities that the Leisure & Aquatic Centre provides


• Provide cashiering, reception, retail sales, bookings, administration and accept deliveries.

To be successful in the position you will possess the following:
