Positions:

Vibrant Services Group are currently seeking suitably qualified, experienced & motivated security officers to join our team.

Positions include full time, part time and casual roles.

Positions include static, mobile and multi-site roles.

Duties:

  • Provide a visible security presence.
  • Provide customer/client assistance.
  • Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols.
  • Conduct regular inspections of designated locations.
  • Perform lock and/or unlock duties.
  • Perform customer/client escorts.
  • Identify, escalate & document risks or concerns.
  • Identify, escalate & document maintenance issues.
  • Collate security reports including incident, activity and site specific.
  • Collate & forward security, client or visitor information.
  • Provide support to onsite visitors, staff and suppliers.
  • Provide mediation, de-escalation or verbal intervention
  • Any other duty reasonably and lawfully requested by management.

Selection Criteria Includes But Is Not Limited To:

  • A current TAS Security License.
  • A current TAS Driver License.
  • A current Senior First Aid Certificate.
  • Appropriate Communication Skills.
  • Appropriate Presentation.
  • Appropriate Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to utilise reporting app's.
  • Ability to utilise security equipment.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Capacity to work various shifts including Days, Nights, Weekends and Public Holiday
  • Conversant with legislative provisions pertaining to security operations.
  • Conversant with relevant de-escalation, body positioning and non-physical management techniques.
