Position Overview:

Formosa Marine is a proudly Australian-owned aluminium plate boat manufacturer with over 25 years of innovation, building tough, stable, high-performance fishing and recreational vessels—our "Aquatic Weaponry." With exciting projects on the horizon, we're growing our team and looking for motivated individuals to help bring our boats to life.

We're currently seeking a Fit-out/Finisher to join our tight-knit crew and support the final stages of boat assembly prior to delivery. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment - most of all, we're looking for people who fit our culture

Key Responsibilities:

· Assemble and install fabricated components on boats

· Fit fuel tanks and complete plumbing installations

· Install flotation foam

· Cut and lay marine flooring

· Assemble and install windscreens

· Install steering systems and electrical harnesses

· Fit upholstery, marine fixtures, and accessories

· Perform final detailing and quality assurance checks

Key Requirements:

· Pride in workmanship with strong attention to detail

· Ability to meet high-quality standards and deadlines

· Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team

· Experience with marine fit-outs, 12V electrical systems, or similar hands-on trades will be highly regarded
