As a Product Experience Advisor, you'll be part of a motivated, high-performing sales team where innovation, adventure, and customer experience drive everything we do.

You'll guide customers through their journey from first enquiry to handover, helping them design their dream caravan and experience the thrill of off-grid travel. With every interaction, you'll bring our product to life – showcasing precision engineering, luxury, and cutting-edge technology that sets Zone apart.

What you'll do:

  • Inspire customers to design and own their next adventure
  • Deliver exceptional, experience-led sales interactions that feel personal and premium
  • Collaborate with our talented marketing, production and customer success teams
  • Represent Zone RV at shows and events, sharing what makes our caravans world-class
