About the role

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced preferred but not essential Property Manager to join the dynamic team at Woolgoolga Real Estate in Woolgoolga, NSW. As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the highest levels of customer service for both landlords and tenants.

What you'll be doing

  • Effectively managing the end-to-end rental process, from property inspections and tenant selection to lease negotiations and property maintenance coordination
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with both landlords and tenants to ensure their needs are met
  • Conducting regular property inspections and providing detailed condition reports
  • Promptly addressing any tenant issues or maintenance requests
  • Ensuring all properties are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Optimising rental yields and minimising vacancies for landlords
  • Maintaining detailed property records and providing regular financial reporting

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Property Manager in the residential real estate industry
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of property management experience required
  • An understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using property management software and other relevant technology
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • A current driver's licence
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position
  • Real estate licence or certificate must be obtained within 6 months of commencement
