Bachrach Naumburger Group is seeking to expand our workforce as we welcome more casual cleaning staff to our team at Park Beach Plaza, Home Base and Jetty Village.
About The Role
Are you a meticulous and reliable individual looking for a rewarding job opportunity? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to add to our team of superstars working across the 3 Coffs Harbour sites including the carparks operating the street sweeper.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to strictly timed floor rotations to ensure all spills and hazards are removed promptly.
• Perform sweeping, mopping and vacuuming of all floors within the shopping centre premises ensuring they are free from debris and spills.
• Dusting, wiping and sanitisation of all touch points and surfaces.
• Ensure the cleanliness of our Food Court and optimal experience of our diners by removing used crockery and rubbish from tables and wipe tables to an impeccable standard of presentation ready for the next use.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, basins, floors, mirrors and all surfaces ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste materials in designated areas according to best waste management processes, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness.
• Travelling between Park Brach Plaza and Park Beach Homebase on ride-on machinery prior to centre opening hours to ensure an immaculately presented carpark.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to maintain a spotless appearance.
• Maintain doorways and window frames to ensure these are free from cobwebs and other unsightly matter.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Constantly assess for any spills or hazards that may appear, and action these immediately with cleanup and/or safety signage
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and visitors.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure safe, efficient and effective maintenance of the premises.
• Maintain good relations with work colleagues, tenants, contractors and management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines while performing tasks.
• Work independently and as part of a team

The Bachrach Naumburger Group is a privately owned property group that owns and manages a number of commercial properties including Park Beach Plaza, The Shoreline, Homebase, Jetty Village, Orana Mall in Dubbo and a number of quality office and retail premises in Queensland.

You are a hardworking and meticulous individual who takes pride in the impeccable presentation of your work. You are driven to ensure the safety of those visiting the centre as well as an aesthetically pleasing representation of the premises. You have a keen eye for detail and keep a fast pace while undertaking your duties to ensure a high level of standard of work.

In addition, you will ideally possess the following skills, attributes and experience:

• Reasonable English skills for communicating through radios.
• Drivers license is essential to be considered for operation of ride-on equipment
• Availability for day shifts and early starts
• Self motivated and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently.
• A hands-on approach and ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
