About Us

Andrews is a dynamic and growing property development company with an in-house construction team, based in Broadbeach. With a strong pipeline of residential and mixed-use developments, we are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to support the delivery of our high-quality projects.

The Opportunity

As Architect / Design Coordinator, you will play a key role in bridging architectural design with construction delivery. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure projects are designed efficiently, delivered on time, and built to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate architectural and engineering designs in line with project objectives and timelines.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Review design documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Assist in preparing and managing project design schedules.
  • Support the Design Manager in resolving design issues during construction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design outcomes.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in architectural design and project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and detailing.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
