**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As marketing coordinator, you will implement the marketing strategy in line with our brand guidelines to build awareness with revenue maximisation at the forefront to spotlight our patients’ incredible results and experiences.

Working autonomously with a creative flair and the ability to think outside the box, you will understand the importance of brand values, tone of voice and industry regulations.

**Our Marketing Coordinator will**:

- Be the first point of contact in the marketing department for the group
- Manage outsourcing design tasks in line with branding guidelines to support all marketing channels, promotions, and initiatives
- Work alongside our social coordinator across the business’s social media accounts - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Managing marketing opportunities with influencers and ambassadors to broaden our reach
- Coordinate with PR agencies, AD agencies and ensure management are presented with appropriate reports in a timely manner
- Manage events for inhouse and new studio openings
- PR and blasts for media exposure
- Website updates including blogs
- EDM management

Our new **social media coordinator extraordinaire** will ideally have:
Experience in a similar position

Experience managing paid social campaigns with an emphasis on Google, Facebook and Instagram

Experience across Pinterest Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Snap Chat as a plus.

Proficient use in Facebook Ads Manager

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure

Write and implement compelling copy that can accurately target audiences at various stages of the funnel

Create and present monthly reports with analysis of paid social campaign performance along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement
