We are looking for an efficient and experienced Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Sitetech Solutions, on a full time basis; Monday – Friday 6.00am – 3.00pm.

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, loading and unloading trucks daily.
  • Utilize your forklift license and experience to handle inventory efficiently and safely.
  • Picking and packing stock orders.
  • Keeping and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
  • Maintain a strong focus on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) by following safety protocols.
  • Manage stock control, including regular monthly stocktakes
  • Consolidation of stock daily.

To be considered we are looking to speak with applicants who can display the following skills, experience and attributes;

  • Forklift license minimum 1 year and hands-on experience with warehousing.
  • Strong OHS focus and knowledge of safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (demonstrates safe manual handling practice).
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Preferably have an MR truck licence (but not compulsory).
