Signmaker - Derrimut, VIC

Blackwoods Signage, part of the Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety group, is a fast-growing name in the signage and print industry. Right now, we're looking for a Signmaker to join our Derrimut team and help us deliver premium signage solutions to our customers.

As part of a close-knit and supportive crew, you'll be hands-on in the production process, operating CNC Router equipment, manufacturing signage, and assisting with warehouse and dispatch tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Operating and maintaining CNC Router equipment
• Manufacturing signage in line with production schedules and quality standards
• Supporting pick, pack, and dispatch of customer orders
• Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control
• Participating in training and development programs
• Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organised
• Collaborating with the team to meet production and business goals
• Following WHS and HSE procedures across all work areas

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating CNC Router or similar equipment (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and grow in the signage industry
• A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Understanding of WHS and HSE responsibilities
